In maximum cases return policy will depend the individual seller or product. Some products are returnable and some are not. Each product may contain its special return policy. While receiving the product the delivery boy will tell the customer to check the product whether it is in good condition or it is a damaged one. In case the product is found damaged one, delivery boy will receive the damaged product. If the product is in cash on delivery then immediately you will get your money back. If you have paid in online mode then you will get your money within 5 days in your account. For this the delivery boy will raise complain on the spot for you. Or you may raise the complain after calling to the customer care.
Always keep the original product invoice with you. Because many products carry brand warranty. For which you have to show the invoice copy in the service center.

Now, the products will be delivered to you from 10 am to 6 pm. If you are placing the order before 4 pm, then you may get your order on the same day otherwise you will get it in the next day. Speed of delivery may be affected by whether or natural calamity.
