Returns Policy

In maximum cases return policy will depend the individual seller or product. Some products are returnable and some are not. Each product may contain its special return policy. Each seller is strictly instructed to specify the return policy in the product description. So carefully read it before purchasing. In case any doubt about the return policy talk to the seller directly or call to the customer care number of Pulsar Shopping Cart.

While receiving the product the delivery boy will tell the customer to check the product whether it is in good condition or it is a damaged one. In case the product is found damaged one, delivery boy will receive the damaged product. If the product is in cash on delivery then immediately you will get your money back. If you have paid in online mode then you will get your money within 5 days in your account. For this the delivery boy will raise complain on the spot for you. Or you may raise the complain after calling to the customer care.

Always keep the original product invoice with you. Because many products carry brand warranty. For which you have to show the invoice copy in the service center. 



Initially all products are available within the Cuttack City only. All products available in our shopping site are deliverable to all 15 pin codes of Cuttack. For some initial months, Shipping is made Free to all places within Cuttack City. We are trying our best to deliver the products on the same day. But it may be delayed to the next day depending the number orders we are getting per day. In case of any delay, you may get informed through SMS or e


Now, the products will be delivered to you from 10 am to 6 pm. If you are placing the order before 4 pm, then you may get your order on the same day otherwise you will get it in the next day. Speed of delivery may be affected by whether or natural calamity.
